My experience with this community complex has not been a pleasant one at all. The company has yet to bring the apartment up to the move in conditions that were promised to be finished before my family and I move in. This includes putting in working sliding doors, fixing holes in the walls and appliances. We signed our lease in Feb 2008 and were informed by chance when someone did a hit and run on my car in the parking lot by a police officer that there is a drug rehab facility in the building...
