I purchased a ironman model 32423 in December 2021 and the watch runs and keeps good time as long as I don't wear it. If I wear it , it stops moving. I had a Rolex watch dealer replace the battery and it still does it. I contacted Invicta and they said they don't know about this problem but the warranty is void as I had the battery replaced. I agree and have experienced many of the same issues and problems reported here on this site. You can be as generous as many other big corporations and have a non-profit and do humanitarian things. But, if you do not stand behind your product by providing warranty and great customer service. Your company is worthless. They care nothing about the customer or customer satisfaction. I have had the same experience as several of the other reviewers. Sent a 6-month old Invicta watch to the Florida repair center for repair, along with the $28 return shipping charge that must be paid in advance. (There's a red flag). After several weeks of waiting, finally was able to get confirmation that they received the watch. I then had to pay in advance, about $80 for the repair. My story is the same as all those here I just read. My invicta 6169 Stopped working 3 months after I got it and sent to Invicta service with check for$25.00 ???! Sent in July . Was told could take up to 3 months. It's been five. Every time I call it's a different story . it is a very bad company. the watch is 15 months> I use this watch 2 or 3 days a week. The bracelet was broken. I sent my watch in September to change the bracelet because it is a special bracelet Invicta. The time to have an answer = 4 weeks. I have several Invicta watches, and will never purchase another one. the service department is apathetic and clueless. they rule by incompetance. Five months to repair a watch. Save your money and never purchase one of these timepieces. I would rather use a sundial. Congratulations, Invicta. You lost a good customer for life. Let me start by saying I loved my watch until... I sent my watch to Invicta for repairs. I paid $60.00 up front for the work to be done as it was out of warranty. They lost my watch. Invicta then told me my watch was only worth a fraction of the $275.00 I paid for it. They said because when the watch reached the end of production it sold for only $70 or so bucks on Shop NBC. Unfortunately I had to send a watch in for a repair - which I was told was a "movement" problem and that it was to be sent overseas for repair. I have called the service no less that 4 times in the past several months - each time getting a different answer about when the watch would be returned. I bought a Reserve Excursion about a year ago, two of the pointer markers on the bezel fell off. Sent Dec 29, 2011 and they said 3 months wait,$28 return shipping. In March I find out I owe $45 for new bezel which I didn't see on cryptic invoice they emailed me and was absurd because of the supposed "5 year warranty". I bought an Invicta watch the last day on a Carnival cruise. Carnival would not refund or replace watch since I had already gotten off ship and the day of departure the shop is closed so after several calls to Carnival they tell me I must go through the Invicta repair center. I purchased two Baby Lupas, both watches went bad back to back in less then a years from purchase. I sent both watches in with a 25.00 money order. Little did I know they had a price increase. I purchased the Invicta Interceptor April 2011.I went on a cruise and went swimming in the Caribbean in about 6-10 feet of water. I belong to several watch forums and have seen threads and documentation that the Sandstone dials are not Sandstone at all but a mix of sand and plastic. Eyal and the technical brand manager both were on ShopNBC saying they were genuine Sandstone. Beware of the fine print. I purchased an Invicta Reserve watch at Shop NBC with a defective crown. The stem became difficult to impossible to screw into the watch. I sent the watch in to Invicta with a $28 check for postage as the Reserve collection supposedly is covered under a five year warranty. They apparently do not include stem issues in their warranty coverage. I am glad I found this link. It will save me quite a bit of time. I already discovered the phone problems when we tried to register the warranty. After a day of calling, we sat down to read the warranty. It plainly states the waiting period as well as the shipping and handling fee. I purchased a watch from shopnbc in July 2010 and in August the bracelet broke. I sent the watch to Invicta via ups 0n 8/20. After calling Invicta several times I still do not have the watch back. Six months seems to me to be an excessive amount of time. They either should repair the watch or replace it with equal value. I am surprised to see the low BBB rating for Invicta. My own company has the highest rating and the rating means a lot to me. My experience to date has been great. You get a lot of watch for the money. The movements are identified as to Swiss, Swiss parts, Japan, etc. Customer service has been very helpful . What a bunch of hype. ShopNBC and this so-called premium watch brand should be taken to task. I was very impressed by the Invicta watch shows on ShopNBC; I bought 3 different Invicta watches in less than 6 months. After my experience (below), I now believe that the Invicta shows on ShopNBC are false advertising. I own five Invicta watches, three of them purchased from ShopNBC. My last one came in November 2009 with a defect that caused the band to break on the second wearing. Over a 2 month period I have placed 14 phone calls, 7 emails, and wrote a letter about a watch that was advertised as having one movement and receiving the watch with another movement. I purchased my Invicta watch less than a year ago. I went swimming with the watch on this summer and water got inside of it. When I contact the company for warranty service, I found their service policy to be completely unacceptable. I have bought almost thirteen watches from Invicta and it really bothers me that they have such a low rating with the BBB..... The CEO of Invicta Eyal Lalo is always on Shopnbc and he seams to be someone who cares about his company alot but I am a little concerned that he might be more focused on his Watches and not enough on his Customers and their complaints...
