Horrible customer service. I order 20 shirts in full color, my proof was in full color. I received my shirts in 1 color. Customer service was going to re-print for me then I get an email from some lady named Whotyla Carole Aseron and she refused to re-print my shirts. But said she would give me a partial credit. You don't want to get ripped off! This company will take your money and run. We ordered promotional items worth $20,000 and shipping was a whopping 800 bucks. But they never sent us the goods - instead, we received someone else's order of mugs with Remax Real Estate®’s logo. The company's refusal to help after we had spent up to $28,000 with their store is a disappointing outcome. We now have an order of what was supposed to be for 800 mugs with the wrong logo! This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. I ordered 15 custom printed t-shirts on June 29, 20. The order confirmation estimated delivery on July 7 to 8. Today is July 30 and they HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED. I ordered 100 item#HBND005 Gaiters for my employees. First they were to be delivered 7/17, I chatted with them for an update on 7/16.
