Unfortunately for this company they are not in control, they simply are following a plan or job and have very little say as to how they accommodate customers; or in this scenario people who’s cars have been booted. The meter was not working after numerous attempts to enter my tag number into it to pay for parking, for a scheduled appt across the street. After 15 minutes I came down to a boot on my car, and so I called company to resolve and tell them that the machine wast working all I received was nasty negative comments.
