ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service ever experieneced. They wow you with all their awards and free car washes, but the truth is they lie and scheme to get you pay them more money. I was lied to by the used car manager that driving my car wouldn't damage it, when he knew it would damage the engine and transmission. He just sold us the car one week prior and didn;t want to fix the faulty car he gave us. So he lied to me to try and get teh warranty to kick in. We refused to do more damage to... Read More »
