We had good time anyway. We booked a Hawaiian cruise tour through them. The hotel in Honolulu was under renovation, we didn't know till after we booked. The construction noise started at 6 am. Our Pearl harbor tour was cancelled. The ship was under constant maintenance and our cruise of the Napali coast was cancelled wih a 50 dollar credit. Me and my wife booked a cruise to Alaska through WMPH vacations.... This was the worst purchase I've made in my entire life. I love Alaska, but WMPH organized everything so poorly, that my vacation was incredibly stressful and unpleasant. WMPH booked my tours for the wrong day, and I spent hours trying to get them rebooked. When I tried to contact WMPH, they were unwilling to fix any of the booking errors that they had made, so I was forced to book new tours and pay for them out of pocket.... Read More »
