When I ordered an item I accidentally put my billing address as my shipping address. I tried calling all three numbers provided on their web page, and got the same answering machine message on all numbers. They contacted me about delivery and (unlike other sellers) were able to arrange to leave the dishwasher at my house when I wasn't there. Everything worked out very well. I'm happy with the customer service. Read More »

I had to exchange an 145$ item for another slightly different one (same price). I ended up loosing 100 $ because of shippments, handling fees...add to this their bad customer service, they kept dragging me for 1 month to get the item exchanged. Super fast shipping, thank you! Unfortunately the instructions for this item are lacking and confusing. I also don't agree about the light, when set to a very dim grey there's hardly any light. I love that when I unplug it, it doesn't lose whatever I've programmed. The transaction was SUPERB. Easy, fast, convenient. I ordered many things from many places on the same day. The products I ordered from www.salestores.com were among the last ordered, but somehow they were the first to arrive. But that's not all. One of the products arrived with a dent on the top. This guys at EOS are really awesome!!! I was looking for an special equipment but is was discontinued,, they help me finding a replace model and take care of everything, I got it in a very short time at a very reasonable price. On 7/7/09 I purchased a Refrigerator from Sales stores.com the product number was T-49rc. I work for an Air Force base and we are in the process of setting up new break areas that are all the same. When I placed the order I did not notice that a 2200.00 item did not come with a Compressor. However I have now been told that this is a Remote Condensing unit.
