I was referred to Jordan by a friend who got an engagement ring from him. Jordan is a Professional who knows his trade! He was patient with me throughout my shopping phase and answered all my questions. He helped me with design and showed me different options. I would have to agree with the other review. J.R. Dunn has the worst customer service ever. I was actually excited to shop for an engagement ring but found myself almost having to beg for help. I found it very strange for me to have to make such an effort with these tough economic times. When I finally was able to get help with the two rings I was interested in the sales woman was so rude and off-putting I left. STAY AWAY!!! I had been a long standing customer but when I actually had an issue with an employee compromising my confidential information absolutely NOTHING was done. The manager never even returned my call or apologized. And to make matters worse the employee, Rachael, who caused the problem, refused to let me speak with anyone but herself putting into an anger frenzy.
