I hired Novateck Floor Corp to install BR111 Brazilian Cherry engineered wood throughout the house, and to re-tile my bathrooms. The experience was absolutely painless. When you walk into the showroom there is a group of very well informed ladies to help you choose your floor, they allow you to bring as many samples home as you want AND they have a in-house interior designer to help you at home! Novateck was hired to install tile in a bathroom. The job came out horrible and completely unprofessional. It was so bad, when the foreman saw the job, he said that he would be back out to completely redo the sloppy work. I hired Novateck to install my tile and have been dealing with a headache since... Their work is FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL!!! They damaged NUMEROUS tiles during installation and the grout was not applied correctly and has to be redone. Novateck refuses to return my phone calls or answer my emails.
