They cancelled my account without notifying me because they sent my last invoice to an address I have not been at in over five years, then referred me to a credit collection company for nonpayment. When I called to rectify
the mistake (that they made), I was told that it was MY fault because I had not changed my address in their system, which obviously was not true because I had been receiving invoices at my new office for over five years (and paid them ever... Read More »

David H. posted a review

This company should be shut down. we move to our new home, and the support team is yelling at my wife explaining how it is our fault and there is nothing we can do about it. Originally at our first home, and then again after we moved. Our second home was wired for a security system, but their techs couldn't get it to work so we ended up with sensors on all the doors and windows..basically they didn't use the wiring already installed in the home. So a little after 3 years we kept the service, but then wanted to switch to a cellular system. They said no problem....tech came to install and starting putting in a huge box... Read More »

Lynn W. posted a review

Do not consider Security Networks for your home security system. The representative stated that I was under a new automatic 3-year contract and could buy out of it by paying 31 monthly charges. The "Automatic Renewal" clause she referred to is not enforceable under any contract law theory.
