My experience with Empire Today was quite distasteful. I saw their advertisement on TV and decided to go on line and sign up for a free in house estimate. My boyfriend took the day off work to make sure he was available at the house the day of the appointment which happen to be a Friday from 9-11a. 9-11a came and went and we didn't receive a call until 12n telling us that they couldn't make the appointment and that if I rescheduled I would get $100 off my purchase.
