Buyer beware - PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY and take your business elsewhere. This company takes zero accountability for its errors, points blame, makes excuses, and offers no kind of honorable customer service. They do not care about providing good customer service and if you receive a response, it is unprofessional and full of weak excuses. Sent wrong cover, ordered 27 round cover specifically, sent 28 said it will work. I looked carefully for a 27 foot cover, a 28 will not work for my situation. The web site specifically states 27 with 4 foot overhang. They said "you would have to return on your dime and pay restocking fee and any other applicable charces" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY beware of reviews on there web site.trying to blame customer and manufacturing, for there mistake. these people are rude, not helpful, and really don't give two dumps about what they sell you, if it works, or if it's compatible. they have pumps and salt-systems listed under the "Above Ground" pool section of their website, now you would think they work together... nope!! the pumps clearly state 1.5" hoses/connectors and the salt-systems have no hose/connector size listed. you would think they would be designed to work together if they are sold together... you would assume the salt-system h... Last year we bought a pool from Wal-Mart needless to say it was garbage so we were looking for a new liner for the pool And we went on national pool wholesalers website and found one. But we had some questions so we gave them a call. They answered the questions. I would have given them five stars if these people had simply delivered the product I ordered from them. Somewhere along the line, somebody lost the product. I called them after two weeks, and said "where is my product". They said, I don't know, I'll look into it and call you back" I said "great". They called back the next day and said that the delivery company could not locate my package. I said, "well, then ship me another one." We purchased a pool kit from National Pool Wholesalers on June 8, 2010. Here is the timeline: June 8, 2010 - Sent them approximately $4700 via wire transfer (per their request) They said it would be shipped in 8 days. June 22, 2010 - still no word on whether it was shipped. This site creates the impression that they have your order in stock and that it will ship within 24 hours if it is. In my case none of this was true and I think this was just a tactic to get the order. Their customer service told me my liner had to be manufactured and drop shipped from the manufacturer. This has been one of the most frustrating internet orders I have ever placed. Their phone numbers only work sporadically and they are unable to provide any accuracy on ship dates. I gave them 2 stars because they do have the best price, but in my opinion it was not worth the aggravation. I ultimately cancelled my order and paid slightly more just so I could get the robotic cleaner delivered in a timely manner. This was an awful experience for my family. We ordered a pool liner from them and didn't even get confirmation that they had it until after 2 live chats and 4 emails. It took 7 business days for them to even confirm our order and I still don't know if the liner is shipped out. I would not use this company again and would not suggest it to anyone, if you want to see your merchandise. Read More »
