I received their contact information from Volvo Penta's website and thought I would give them a shot. I submitted a work order on 1/6/2010 indicating that I needed to have my drive shaft seals switched out. Once they began work they never called me to let me know the status or what issues they were finding so that I could make a decision on my vessel. Instead they proceeded to complete unauthorized work on my vessel.
