The sales people for this company use high pressure techniques to convince you (in this case my mother who is 97 years old) to authorize the shipment of their product. Don't fall for it. Had two calls today from two different phone # I didn't know ! Answered both. Same company Septic Savior. Told the 1st caller no thanks and hung up. The second caller was not the same person. I listened to him for about 2-3 minutes. These people call 5 or more times per day from an endless list of caller IDs. I can't block them. I've talked to them at least 15 times. At first I just asked them to take me off their calling list. Their calls would usually stop for a couple of weeks, but then they'd start right up again. This number had been calling for months several times a week: 954-354-2027 from Deerfield Beach Florida. I finally answered to hopefully put an end to the calls. It was Peter from Septic Savior trying to sell me packets. It immediately sent off red flags as I had been a part of the class action law suit against Septic Remedy FBK several years ago. Constant harassment and unwanted shipments to my 101 year old mother-in-law. We have called and asked nicely, called and asked firmly and have given up on getting the message to Septic Savior to discontinue shipping her any more products. While I used to enjoy the product I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase this product again. The sales calls are relentless and badgering. People are rude abrupt and REFUSE to take me off their call list. Is this a bait and switch tactic to sell less product for more??? On the phone I was told that I would be receiving a 5 year supply of Septic Savior packets with my order. When I received my order, the bucket only contained 50 pouches and not 60. I called and was told the salesman made a mistake and I was only supposed to receive enough for 4 years (50 packets). My wife by mistake ordered a bucket for $190. So I called them and cancelled the order the next day. They sent it anyway. So I sent it back. I've had good luck with their septic leaching field product for 4 years now. I tried other products before theirs with no luck. They often call and try to get you to buy their "newest and latest" products but I'm willing to overlook that because their product cleared my clogged leaching field, saving me a $10,000+ bill to dig a new one. This business is a scam. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM! They sent me the product which I did not order, and then a month later sends me to creditors without a letter or phone call. I don't know if it works or not. What I do know is that my agreement was for 4 easy payments. Before the first one was due they called to make a deal if I would give them my charge card number. Then they insisted the first payment was past due ( due in 30 days) and wanted the card number. They call monthly saying they need the card number. This company called my residence this evening in Hernando, MS and tried persuade my credit card information from me. I had never heard of the company and while we were talking, I looked them up on the Internet and saw all of the references to scam. Septic Savior called my 82 year old, Alzheimer patient mother-in-law and sold her a box of 60 packets. They called her even though she's on the National No-Call list. She lives in a nursing home! I haven't had a septic system for the last four years. They have called me twice a year for the last six years and most recently, I get at least one phone call everyday, most times five a day. This company sold us a 6 year supply several years ago after we had our septic tank pumped. A year or so later they called and tried to sell me another product saying the one we bought wasn't effective enough. I declined and asked that they put me on their "Do Not Call" list. This business is a scam and should be investigated. Our experience begins with the delivery of a case of septic cleaning product which was I never ordered. The address was wrong but it was delivered to us anyway because we live in a small town.
