This company did a great job selling the move. Then it all went down hill from there. We were assured by the sales lady and driver the items would be delivered in a 3-5 days , it took 18 ! Never received a call back from customer service . The estimate was over by almost $1000.00 which would of been worth it had we received items in the time frame as promised .Once we able to contact the driver ,he blamed it all on the company he worked for,they kept him running picking up other loads.The d... They are very happy to talk to you until you actually hire them and they come and pick up your stuff. They overschedule the guys who pick up the stuff, then if you are moving out of state all of your belongings go to their warehouse in Miami and they FARM out the delivery of your stuff to another company altogether. This is the worst moving company ever. Nothing that was quoted was delivered. I specifically asked for a time frame and special consideration for some items. None of this was delivered. I was initially happy because of the low price and what seemed to be a competent reloc specialist (Anne). Totally not the case. I paid more for this move than for any other move. If you are looking for a great moving company, I suggest Regions Van Lines. I used them during my move this past weekend and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I also worked with Relocation Specialist Andrea and I agree with the last review that she was professional, courteous and honest. Moving is always a nightmare, mostly so becuase moving companies promise you the world for a low rate and at the end you always end up with a very expensive nightmare. That is until I experience Regions Van Line. I dealt with Andrea who not only was always very professional and courteous but she is always honest.
