Under no circumstances should you ever allow these people to direct withdraw from your account. I called Home Services USA, and canceled my policy. They stopped withdrawing from my account. And then, two months later, they hit me for $10.49. I've been calling them for two months, and I get nothing but lies. Beware! This company sells policies in many states. You're not safe anywhere. I paid for a Water Line Service Policy with Home Service USA for 8 years. When my water line leaked/broke I called them and they sent a contractor who could not find a leak outside or inside my home. I also called my regular plumber and one other plumber as well, they too could not find the leak. All three agreed that my water line is broken or leaking and I'm loosing hundreds of gallons a day but no one could find... Read More »

We have been paying for Home Services USA Corp warranty program for 2 years now. Our water heater split and was pouring water everywhere. I called Progress Energy to see what we need to do. As we were paying for insurance through our electric bill. We were informed that we go buy a water heater have it installed and call back to start a claim process. It all seemed pretty easy. My mother, who is elderly and lives in Maryland, received a mailing from this company. After reading it several times, she did realize she was not obligated to send money but wanted me to check the company out to see if the service they offered was worthwhile. I am pretty skeptical of these types of offers normally, but I was very disturbed by the wording on their mailing. i too received this in the mail, it does look like an official request of payment from our county water company, as well at the state of Georgia. my elderly father thought he was required to pay for this, until i showed him it was NOT from the county or state. i did get thru on the phone to confront them about their format, and this company is owned and operated thru the United Kingdom, even though they have an office in miami. please make sure elderly people know this is not a requirement fo... I just received a solicitation through the mail from this company and I am very disturbed by how they present themselves. It appears that it is coming from the State of Kentucky, and an official government entity. I had to read it twice before realizing it was not coming from the water company or a government entity.
