First of all, I moved into an apartment for which the leasing company forced all tenants to pay monthly for the DIRECTV service through PRIMECAST whether the tenant wanted it or not. It is a basic service and anything higher must be requested through PRIMECAST. I requested an HD-DVR which was a huge mistake.

They SUCK. Rude, Put you on hold forever, never get billing correct.
I will say in Primecasts defense, Their tech support reps are very polite and earnestly do try to help you with the tools they have at their disposal, unfortunately those tools are limited and 9 times out of 10 you have to have them schedule a tech to come and the techs that come out are just as bad as the customer service reps.
