I had the same harrowing experience as many who posted. I am out $11,000, and everything the others said is true...excuses, excuses, excuses. I asked to be given a list of where my monthly payments were going. Mr. Blackmon sent me a list of the deductions he made from my bank (which I already knew). I agree with Lance W's post below! To make this short and not sweet, they will take your money, make big promises, say they will contact you and then by your own investigation when they haven't paid your creditor in 2 months you will learn that they have an F rating on the BBB and have "closed their doors". Thank God for Nation Wide Consumer Debt Relief! NWCDR has change mine and my family's life for ever. I had a 500 credit score before I enrolled in their program and creditors were calling every day. My name is Peggy- Let me start by saying I have done days upon days of research on companies that say they can help people with Student Loan debts. I talked to at least 3 different companies. I used Nation Wide Consumer Debt Relief, Inc.'s online calculator to find out when I could be debt free from credit card debt based on my current rates. It was going to take me 20 years! Let me start this off by saying that when I signed up with Nationwide Consumer Debt Relief in 2008, up until October of 2010, I had a wonderful experience with them. My creditors were being paid off, it was coming in a single check, they reduced many interest rates, it all was working as advertised. Don't do business with this company. I'm thousands of dollars more in debt than when I started with them. They have nothing but excuses as to why your creditors are not being paid. When they run out of excuses they just start with the same ones again. They had biller ID number issues, the checks were in the mail, The creditors rejected the payments and many more. I was a client of Nation Wide Consumer Debt Relief in Hollywood Fl. This is a wonderful company! When I started with NWCDR back in 2008 I had a credit rating of 450.I was getting phone calls everyday from my creditors before I enrolled with NWCDR. Those calls stoped a few days after enrolling. WARNING WARNING Do not sign any contracts with this company. I did about a year ago to help reduce my debt. Nationwide Consumer Debt Relief automatically began deducting about $1,000.00 a month.
