I had a problem with my ticket and so I called the guy to get reimbursed and he was really mean and rude to me. He even made fun of me. I told him I couldn't send the tickets back earlier because I was outside the country (I don't live in the US) and he replies where you from "oh they don't have mail boxes where you come from"and that it's not his fault I had to leave for an emergency.. There was a problem with obtaining my tickets in a timely manner, but they did get the tickets to me before the show as promised. I was a little nervous that we wouldn't get the tickets in time, but they came through in the end. Read More »
