I had this company and another bidding against each other for the buying of my annuity. this company won the bid. So far everything was going ok, got my tablet I was promised at signing. went to court, got the approval and now there telling me they have a buyer but, maybe not. I was under the assumption that they already had a buyer. This company has gone down the drain! Do not use them! I had gone to court on sept first and got approved. Then just when I thought it was all over they made like I needed a acknowledgement letter from John Hancock After a month of waiting they finally got it on October 4 and now they bring up a dept thing and refuse to fund my deal! I would not recommend using this company. My husband and I started this process over a year ago, finally got the court approval and now almost two months later no money. They falsley advertise with their fast cash slogans. Anyone going into this has to understand it's not gonna be an overnight thing. And furthermore their whole attitude just sucks. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. Three months after my money has been promised to me (after 9 months of court and notarized paperwork), I still have not seen a single dime, and am facing imminent foreclosure. Answers are not satisfactory. It's always "We're just waiting for the bank to release the funds." How hard is it to write a check?
