Your employee, Dan Robidoux, came to repair a Whirlpool washing machine still on warranted. He was so knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of my questions about my high efficiency washing machine, and even gave me information that wasn't in the manual. I was used to an older Whirlpool washer and dryer so I didn't really know how the computer system and energy saving features works. Charge was not quoted before the work was done and I was shocked at the amount charged. I did get an adjustment after many conversations, however, the machine broke again 2 months later. I did not call this company back after the bad experience I had with them and had another company come out. The part that needed to be changed was not changed by Flamingo !
