Order items from them and had to ship them back even after we told them not to ship them. We canceled the order about 1 hour after we place it because they told us we would have to wait for about 3 months or longer to get the items and so we canceled to get the items elsewhere. I BOUGHT STROBES FOR ONE OF MY TRUCKS I HAVE MANY BUT WANTED TO SEE HOW THEIR LIGHTS HELD UP. Don’t order anything from this company. I’m pretty sure the reviews with more than 1 Star are fake. Like so many others I placed an order back in November 2019. Never received tracking info or the product. After 3 weeks I tried calling them and that was a joke! Nobody ever returns your call. They collect payment immediately then stop communicating altogether after a month passes - maybe hoping you have already paid your credit card and can no longer request a refund. Try calling them to place an order instead of ordering online. You will never get a real person, only voice mail. This should be your first clue to avoid this company. Watch out for this company. Their customer service stinks, as there is NO service. I ordered LED lights, told that I would get them in 2-3 days. After two weeks, I made several attempts by phone and email. All I ever received was an automated response email. After month, I sent a disappointed email to cancel the order. I ordered over $1000.00 worth of lighting equipment,& cannot get any help about my order other than its "backordered" and will be a week.. for 4 months I ordered over $1000 worth of emergency lighting including a " 48" Full Size Light Bar with Linear 1 Optics".. I have never in my life had a worse purchasing experience than with this company! I ordered 2 lights from this company back on 10.12.2014 and only just today (21.01.2015) received an email from stamps.com saying that ETD have sent me a package. even after 40 days they still charged me for shipping. They also HATE answering the phone, they have 3 phone numbers of which 2 were hard to find, but after 87 calls i was actually only answered twice, which ended up costing $89 on my phone bill as calling the U.S from the land down under inst cheap. they also never respond to email... Ordered lights on a Monday morning. She said they would ship out that afternoon and charged my card. Got a voicemail that afternoon saying they were on back order and would be four weeks. I called back repeatedly and sent 6 emails over 4 days. No answer to either. Called my bank and reported as fraud. Will contact the state AG as they should shut this company down. I too wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Extreme Tactical Dynamics. I had ordered emergency lighting in the past with no problems. On my last order I was told it was on back order. That was six weeks ago.I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Same as most reveiws on here, they wont respond to emails. You get a recording for customer service. I placed an order in October for lights from extremetacticaldynamics.com. The next day I received an email from Aspire Sales stating my order was received and would be shipped that day. I receive a pair of the Halo 8 flush mount lights for fathers day to compliment the pair of ET 7 that I have had mounted in the front and rear windows in my 99 Ford F-250. I'm a volunteer fire fighter who purchased blue lights for my car and after being sent the wrong item it them several months along with several phone calls and emails in order to get the correct item. I called this company for some lights for my police car. They were so friendly and helpful. I received my product within 2 business days as I only live about an hour away. I could not figure out how to hook up my Under Cover 8 TIR 4 lights so I called them and they were very helpful and explained to me exactly what I needed to do to get my lights working.
