In the process of a refi on our mortgage and needed a new land survey. We had a very good experience with Target Surveying. Their crew was very professional and well mannered. Avoid this company at all costs. Paid to have a new survey completed on a property we were purchasing. There was an old survey that we were provided but were not sure it was accurate. We paid Target $1800 to do a full new survey and they simply copied the information from the old survey and stuck flags in at the 3 easily accessed corners of the property. Poor customer service! I recieved a unsigned, unsealed survey! they said that this was normal and it would cost me extra to have it signed and sealed. Whats the point of having a survey if its not official?! After this conversation my calls were never returned!! I was charged 500$ for the survey and told it would cost and extra 250$ to have it signed and sealed. This was the best price i could find in the county to survey my lot Read More »
