This company is a scam. DO NOT USE!!! They have taken our money and were not able to complete the modification. The promise was we would get 1/2 back. We are still waiting 60 days later. None of the phone numbers work and they will not answer their emails. Buyer Beware!!! Read More »

I was told by Fidelity home savers that they could save me money, but the numbers they gave me were more than what my mortgage had already modified, the reason I went with them is that they told me they could, reduce my Mortgage principal, and interest rate. Wells Fargo told me I couldn't get a modification because my payment was up to date. A guy I work with said that wasn't true. He used Fidelity and got a modification done. I checked these guys out and decided to take a chance. Glad I did - my payment went from over 1800 a month down to 1243 a month. Shame on Wells Fargo for lying to their CUSTOMERS. Read More »

I recently used Fidelity Mutual, and they were nothing but wonderful to me and my family. Not only did they modify my mortgage, but they got my interest rate to an unbelievable rate!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Read More »

I used Fidelity Homesavers and lost my home on August 3rd. I did not even get notified by them that it was up for auction. I have had to scramble for the last 7 days to find a suitable place to move. Worst experience of my life. Keep an eye on the BBB website for my complaint. Read More »
