Rip off company. Took my deposit based on a quote over internet. Company rep did not honor quote, comments were "I don't do stairs", and "I'd rather go hunting than do this move". Eventually another company performed the move, but Powerloaders did not apply the $300+ deposit to the move, just kept it. Powerloaders Corporation is phenomenal! We have had some bad experiences with other moving companies, but our local move in Miami went so smoothly thanks to this wonderful local moving company. Alvaro Castillo, the company's owner, manages every aspect of the move. He is a kind gentleman with a good heart. He is honest, punctual, responsive, and simply a pleasure to work with. We hired Powerloaders for a move involving furniture imported on a 40'container for a commercial installation on February 9,2009. After several emails and phone calls with Alvaro Castillo, President of Powerloaders, we decided to hire him and his crew, based on this information, even though we never met in person.
