I hired this company in 2014 for a water leak claim, big mistake. After reading the contract many times that I signed while having my home torn apart, I realize what a scam it really was. Some of the things I am still dealing with are. 1. They are allowed to take 15 or 20% of the collected funds. Well which is it and who decides? 2.
