POSITIVES I love the design of our pool. They fixed the issue (after fighting with them for a year) NEGATIVES They do not communicate with you. All the pool work is hired out to other people so there is no quality control. We only had someone come by twice to check things out. I have a very small piece of property and this company was able to build me a beautiful swimming pool.The service was great. The workers kept my property clean and worked in a timely fashion. My pool looks beautiful and everyone was very professional. And my kids are very happy with their new pool! Read More »

I would strongly suggest disregarding the negative comments and reviews. Building a pool can take time and be delayed for various reasons such as weather. Here is my review.... My wife, Nadia and I began pool shopping in late October of 2015 and started getting quotes from various pool companies. This has been the worst experience of my life with a contractor. I signed the contract with Paradise Swimming Pools & Spas on February 2nd, 2016 and since that day I've had nothing but problems with this company. First, the people at the office are extremely rude and condescending, specially Lori. Absolutely the worst contractor of any kind I have ever dealt with. I signed a contract on June 1, 2015 with the salesman's promise that the pool would be finished some around Labor Day. They didn't finish the permitting process until September 15, 2015 (3-1/2 months). They lied to me by trying to blame the city, but a neighbor in my development told me his permitting took only a couple of weeks. Horrible !!!! Don't use this company . you will curse the day you ever signed up with them . Bad customer service. They dodge your calls and never return them. we have issues with or pool and installation problems and they never show up to fix them . I have to contact the Department of regulations to resolve the issues . They had to apply marcite twice . They outsource their work to other companies and then when there is a problem the other company has to fix it otherwise they wont take respo... Read More »

We have not yet finished pool and have ran into several issues with Paradise. We have gotten the run around every time we call and the same answer its in the contract and in the plans. The standing water was called "our problem". Get one answer from scheduler and another from sales. We were told many things were standard and included in contract. No need to write them down. I Love, Love, Love my beautiful backyard! Paradise Swimming Pools & Spa's built the exact pool I was looking for. My salesperson was wonderful and kept in touch with me throughout my project. The office staff was always very friendly and always answered any questions I had. PARADISE SWIMMING POOLS & SPA'S WAS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! THE SALESMAN CAME OUT TO MY HOME IN JUPITER AND EXPLAINED THE POOL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND ALL THE OPTIONS I HAD FOR MY SWIMMING POOL AND DESIGNED THE POOL TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. I unfortunately did not have the same great experience. I was told one thing during my time spent with Chris to get a contract under way and experienced ruined landscaping islands that was said would never be touched, cable and internet outages for 2 over 2 days, no clean up in the street or driveway after excavation for 5 days(they started thurs and the crew came monday afternoon to clean up) leading to neighbor complaints and un-professional crew. I have used Paradise Pools in the past and I have recommended them, and will continue to recommend them, to many of my friends and family. They have built two pools for us and we were completely satisfied with their service and workmanship. While we have heard many horror stories from friends/family about other pool companies we were beyond thrilled with the finished product from Paradise Pools, as were our friends and family that contracted them to build their pools.
