I have to say that I normally don't do this, but I saw a website promotion for this company and the first thing I did was go to the BBB site. This company impressed me by having an "A" with BBB. This is not an easy thing to get. I ordered coffee on a promotion. The coffee is decent, but I wanted to cancel my membership because it seems pretty expensive for the amount of coffee you receive. I was told that in order to cancel, I had to either pay a $25 cancellation fee or wait for the next order of at least 4 bags of coffee that would come to more than $30. Buyer beware! I cannot seem to give zero stars, which was my intention. However, as another reviewer noted, the coffee is good. For that reason, I'll leave the one star. I've had a few wrong orders with the company as well as other issues with them not notifying me prior to roasting and shipping coffee, as is their stated policy. In the past, I was able to resolve issues. Not always very smoothly, but at least there was resolution. Their CS reps are generally very defensive or even offensive... Read More »

I had ordered a mothers day gift sample pack. No problem until I got my order. It was not what I ordered. No big deal right? WRONG, The customer svc rep on the phone told me it is what I ordered and tough luck, if I wanted to change it out I would have to pay for shipping both ways. I told them to cancel as when I was told to do by phone by email after I had tried to cancel by email. The only reason they are getting one star is that the coffee was actually decent, and giving zero stars was not an option. This company offers very generous promotions to entice customers for a trial membership to the Connoisseur Club. Not unlike a music club or movie club you receive monthly shipments of coffee automatically. I gave the club a shot and decided it was not for me.
