check BBB site amd google reliance, inc lake worth and see what comes up... scam shop, rip off... Don't make the same mistake me and many others did. I almost gave up writing this because I had to reister and it was a pain in the neck but if it stops one more person from getting scammed by these losers, it was worth it. I have had a really bad experience with theis company too. I do not recomend them for anyone to use. They made me sign a contract that lets them take money from my bank any time ad they do it. they take money whenever amd then i have nsf checks and have to pay more. they do not call you back and they are not nioce people. I have been working with this company for over 2 years and they have helped me get out of debt in 2 years and help lower my monthly payment by over 50%. They also lower my principal balance on my mortgage from 216,000 to 87,000. They took my monthly payment from 1,667 a month to around 667.00. do not use this company; they'll suck you dry and you'll be worse off than when you started. they sell well, but after you've signed a contract, you'll never get them (the owners) on the phone again and they won't do ANYTHING until you start calling every day and harrassing them. They pull money out of your account without your permission or when they aren't supposed to and then apologize and swear it'll never happen again and it's never happened before, and then they;ll do it again a few... We are currently working with Reliance to get our mortgage redone. We agreed to terms of payment and the money was withdrawn out of our account 5 days before agreed upon. This caused many of our auto payments to bounce. $800.00 worth of NSF fees. We are constantly calling and not getting any response to emails or phone calls. Reliance, Inc. has been a very good organization to help me with my financial problem. They appear to be a Christian organization. The first representatives that I was assigned to were not as helpful or as efficient as I thought they should have been. However, once I was assigned to Ms. Amy Mercado things moved along in a very efficient manner. Amy has been a great person to work with and has always responded promptly to my needs and questions. For years i've struggled with credit card debt, just like millions of others out there. I have had an excellent experience working with Reliance, Inc. Everyone at the company, but especially Charles Dunn, has been very helpful in settling my debts. They have been very understanding when it comes to changes in my financial status, and have done their absolute best to make sure that I am not monetarily strained in paying my debts. Reliance, Inc. has helped me and is still helping me. Everyone that I have talked to or have had any kind of communication with has been most helpful. They always check to see how I am doing and if they can do anything for me. They listen to me and they are willing to help in any way they possibly can. Reliance Inc helped me take my mortgage payment from 1,825 to 721.00 and saved my home. they also help get me out of debt and settled my debt around an average of 35%. I saved over 30,000 dollars in credit card debt and lower my monthly bills in half. If it were not for Reliance Inc I would not be in my home today nor completely out of credit card debt. This company has been a pleasure to deal with. They have worked hard on my behalf and would ALWAYS respond to my every e-mail and phone call promptly. The credit repair dept has worked just as hard at helping me rectify any issues that were on their incorrectly. I would send anyone to them if they needed assistance. I hired this company to do a loan modification for me and after 6 months and me calling them almost every day as they would never call me, nothing ever happened. I ended up having to file Chapter 7 so I would not loose my house because Reliance did nothing for me except to take my money. I would not recommend using this company for a mortgage modification.
