CNC Timeshares is the best in the business. After trying to plan a trip to Las Vegas for months on my own, CNC found me an incredible two bedroom suite on the strip for less than I could get a hotel room. I want to sing the praises of CNC Timeshare! After listing my timeshare with several other companies and losing my money, CNC not only did what they said they would, they actually put money in my pocket. When all the other companies took my money and refused my calls, CNC marketed my property, called me with updates, always took my calls and helped me move my property. I wanted extend my gratitude to CNC Timeshares. I lost my husband after a long battle with Cancer. We loved traveling and enjoyed our timeshares for many years. After his passing I just didn't have the desire to travel with out him. I began to receive calls from companies that told me that they had a buyer for my property and that I would close with in 30 days. It never happened. I paid out an excess of over $5000. I was referred to CNC Timeshares by a my uncle who has done business with them in the past and was very pleased. Despite the difficult market conditions I listed with them in March of 2009. Since that time, CNC Timeshares customer service dept stayed in touch with me on the progress of marketing my timeshare. I received a couple of offers during the summer and I am happy to say that I did accept an offer that I was very pleased with. The closing was handled in an efficient and timely manner.... I've been in timeshares since the mid 1990's and I have found that CNC Timeshares is head and shoulders above their competitors and does an excellent job. I've personally seen them at events marketing timeshares for their customers. In all my dealings with them I have found them to be professional, responsive and aggressive in their marketing efforts. I've been very satisfied and I would gladly recommend them for anyone wanting help in renting or selling their timeshare. Read More »

In February of 2009 I signed up with CNC Timeshares with the hopes of getting my Timeshare sold. They are a marketing and advertising company that uses many methods in order to promote ones timeshare property. I want to take a moment and thank CNC Timeshares for helping me find a buyer for my property. I had marketed my property many times and made a promise to myself that I would never pay another upfront fee.
