This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a web badge and it came with a size that takes up the ENTIRE web page 8.5 by 11 inches!! They offered to charge me another $249 to re-size it to the correct size for a web page about 2" by 2" with the disclaimer that it would no longer be legible!! They told me that I was feature in a publication I trusted them with the recognition and charge my Credit Card. When I called the publication they said that I was not featured in any article and did not know what I was talking about. I called American Registry to confirm and they now tell me their are not affiliated with any publication. I wish I knew this before!! My advice followup with publication but they should done that first before notifications of awards. Read More »
