The team at AEMG were very efficient, especially Dianna and Lisa. It only took them three months to work with me and my bank on a modification, preventing a foreclosure on my home. My husband and I fell behind in our mortgage after a prolonged illness and subsequent job loss. We contacted the mortgage company and worked out a modification plan. We were told that after the final modified payment in December 2011, our mortgage would be current. Chase Bank was not wanting or willing to help me, I did everything asked and it took 6 months to get declined for a mod. AEMG helped me with the filing process and phone calls, it took only 4 months for AEMG to get the approval. They all are wonderful, pleasant people. I appreciate everything they have done. I would recommend this company . They did everything for me that they said they would do and I am eternally grateful. I contacted AE hoping that they could help me and my husband prevent my home from being foreclosed on. I had already been paying the bank huge amounts of money to try "trial" modifications only to be told to try again with a larger amount because the other one hadn't been approved. Don't even try to do a loan modification by yourself. A loan modification is a long road of paperwork and red tape. You will need AEM to do it for you. They know how to structure your file and present every thing in a proper way to present the situation you are in. They do everything they say. I started off with American Executive Mortgage in March 2010 and my house was about to go to foreclosure sale on 3/25/10. I got them all the documents a week before the sale and was able to get the sale date postponed. Since that time my modification has been finalized. American Executive Mortgage Group does do the job they say they are going to do by sending paperwork to your lender. This paperwork displays your current financial status, taxes paid, and a hardship letter. The problem with this company is that you pay them an exorbitant amount of money to do the same thing you did with a HUD approved counseling program. I inquired about AE before my home went into foreclosure but I was hesitant to hire them because everything I read said DO NOT pay for loan modification services.
