I can't highly recommend these guys enough. I entrusted them with my father's Breitling Navitimer to preserve after his passing. I just received it and it brought tears to my eyes. Sent my 20 year old Breitling Super Ocean to Marc and Jeff at WatchRepair.net after checking local references they provided to me (actually was able to talk to someone who had used them). My watch came back looking and running like new. Whole process took about 3 weeks, and although pricy (don't go cheap on an expensive watch) the estimate and final cost much less than a Breitling Service Center. My friend offered me the opportunity to buy his Rolex Submariner model 1680 he had purchased new back in 1976. The watch had never been serviced with a stuck bezel and would not allow date adjust otherwise in very good shape with exception to needing a new crystal. Sending a watch off to a new company was a leap of faith but this transaction turned out better than I expected. A secure box was sent to our home where my watch was placed inside and sealed. I just got back my 19 year old Rolex GMT Master II and it looks brand new! The team at WatchRepair.net are not only very friendly, but professional and competent as well. My Rolex watch was damaged in a fall and sent to my jeweler's watch repair expert. The watch was returned seven months later with a note saying the watch was not repairable. My jeweler offered to buy the watch for parts. I did not sell the watch. Instead I sent it to Jeff and Mark at Watch Repair.
