THIS MAN (IS NOT A RIP OFF!!!!) WE WORKED THRU A MODIFICATION IT TOOK 16 MONTH'S BUT HE WAS THEIR THE WHOLE TIME SHARING INFO AND DIRECTING US THE RIGHT WAY. I have known and worked with Sean Hogan for the past 5 years in securing mortgages and have him help me with home foreclosures. Sean is very knowledgeable, very easy to reach and always answers questions or gets the right information for you. I first started working with the company last spring and was a little nervous about the whole situation. To my surprise, Sean calmed me down and explained to me my options.
