Power Fence is the lowest price around but for discount you get terrible communication. I called the office more than 10 times and left messages and never got a call back until I owed them money. Scheduling the work was a nightmare as the Juan could not see more than 2 days out. I wanted a double-sided fence because it was the same price as the single side. After several attempts at trying to get someone, anyone to come out and at least quote the job, Power Fence Inc. stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. They were with us to quote promptly and walked through the permitting process, showed up and installed a great fence per specification. Juan (owner operator) came out and gave us an estimate. He was quick. Came out and the next day we had a quote. We were putting in a pool and he worked with the pool company so he got in as soon as my pavers were done for my deck. He actually helped move the pool company along which was GREAT! They installation was fine, but now that none of them are closing after a year and a half they could care less about standing by their product. They are charging $300 just for the service call and that's before any of the repairs. It took them weeks to call me back and were rude on the phone. I will be going somewhere else for the repairs. Francisco, Juan and Brea were helpful, creative and patient throughout the process from design and material choice, permit and design process to manufacture and installation. I had Juan do work for me back in November last year. This was the second job. First one was smaller and was very happy with it. This job was part aluminum picket fence and also wood. His pricing was very good as others as written reviews on. The aluminum fence came out very good. The wood fence I was not impressed with and Juan knew it at that time. This was an excellent experience. Mr. Morales seemed to take a personal interest in the project. He visited me twice before doing the work to confirm what needed to be done. His price was excellent (I had two other quotes). I had a shadowbox wood fence placed around my yard. Not only was his estimate for 266' of fence the cheapest, the workmanship was second to none. There were no sections brought in, every piece of post and plank was placed on-site to create the fence. The fence height is even all around with no issues. Power Fence just installed a white vinyl fence around my house and I am extremely satisfied with their service. My fence was installed in one day and everything in the area was left clean. The installation of the fence was perfect because it passed inspection the first time that it was surveyed by the inspectors. I hired Power Fence to build a Shadow Box fence around my new pool last month. Juan, the owner, was a true consumate professional throughout the construction of the fence, and was there when the inspector arrived. The Inspector stated that the work on the fence was outstanding.
