False statements and non-performance. I received a damaged gas furnace (amongst 3 items ordered), contacted co. and they requested photos of damage, then instructed me to repackage, send photos of the new packaging, and a shipping label would be e-mailed. 3 e mails, two calls and 7 days later and I am being ignored. I was compelled to submit this review only after having dealt with others in this industry before coming across The AC Outlet. I own several properties and constantly buy/flip new ones. I was concerned about buying a Mitsubishi 18000 BTU Mini-Split heat pump on line, but didn't want to pay the hiked up cost of buying through an HVAC outlet. I am a very satisfied customer which is why i decided to write this review. I feel that I should share my experience with anyone who wonders about making such an expensive purchase over the internet. When my air conditioner broke last month I had a guy come out and give me a price to replace my unit. AC Outlet should definitely have 100+ reviews because their service is to "PERFECTION." My husband and I ordered the AC Unit on Tuesday night at 11pm, and we received it on Thursday at 2pm. Our delivery guy was amazing too! They ship the units through a freight company, and it was perfectly packed, shrink wrapped, on pallets and everything. I have to say, i wasn't sure if I should go this route of ordering an AC for my home on my own but I figured I should call The AC Outlet and ask some questions. I didn't even know what type of AC I needed, but I spoke with a sales representative over the phone and they guided me through the process. For all customers out there concerned about receiving your equipment in good standing and in a timely fashion, let me tell you that The AC Outlet is great in that respect. They shipped my order the very next day. It arrived 4 days after that (in VA). All was good and got the unit installed no problems. Good trustworthy company. I have to say at first I was a little skeptical, ordering my a/c online but once I got in touch with AC Outlet everything changed. They gave me answers to all the questions I had and made sure I was educated. I made multiple calls to them only to hang up each time satisfied they were people I could trust.
