Because in my humble opinion anything above that is from their own staff. Feinstein was suspended for misconduct due to "billing problems". He hasn't changed his practices from what I can see. He had about 4 open complaints from the Better Busines Bureau a few months ago for the same issue. I see he's closed all of them but one. His ethics are horrendous and from what I've observed he doesn't care about winning, just generating fees. He's a bad deal all the way around. Google his... Read More »

I was a victim of there scams and am now in foreclosure thanks to them. They have ruined my credit score, my life and caused me so much grief i dont have words for it. I paid 600 dollars a month for 5 months during the payment preocess. The day after my last payment i received and e-mail stating i was no longer being represented due to lack of payment. First of all I would like to say that Stratton & Feinstein has been the biggest blessing that could have occurred to me. I was in debt with over 15 different credit cards, of course, once I turned 18 went crazy on a Credit shopping spree. Several weeks ago I first received a call from this company. At the time, the person I spoke to said I didn't have enough debt to join. Whew, that was a relief! Unfortunately, he had not gotten my figures correct. This error was caught by Brian F. who persistently called me over the next several weeks. I was called and offered debt help as well. I accepted the help and it all seems too good to be true. I hope and am praying I made the correct decision to fix my debt due to the economies down fall and job losses. I have never been one to fall behind but today is a different story. tratton and feinstein have helped me and my family so much i dont even know where to begin. My wife was laid off 5 months ago and we have burned through most of our savings just trying to keep up with the bills and then last month 2 of my credit card companies raised my minimum payments and that put us over the edge.
