I recently had my pool refinished and old charahoochi (not sure if I spelled it right) covered with pavers. Parkwood did the pavers first and then finished the diamond brite last. When Parkwood came out to do the diamond brite on the pool I paid them the remaining balance of $8,200 with a remaining balance of $500 that would be done once all the final touches were completed. Parkwood just finished installing my new pool in Delray Beach. They did a tremendous job. We're in time, budget and schedule! I'm in the construction industry as my profession and understand the complications that can happen, however, Parkwood is the utmost professional for design, turn key product install and the entire process from start to finish. You’re probably reading this because you know that a pool can only be built once so, why would you want to second guess who’s doing the work. I looked around too and was a Nervous Nelly... We used Park Wood last year for a trickey difficult front yard pool, it came out perfect and an exact match to the rendering that the salesman provided. The paver work was excellent and one year later the yard is simply beautiful. We highly recommend Park Wood pools to everyone. Read More »

My Father past away on August 15, 2014. It had to be one of they most difficult times in my life. Not only did I have to deal with my dads passing, his house needed a lot of work and was not liveable because he didn't take care of it. Parkwood commenced work on the Project in or around August 2013 and considered its work completed in January 2014. Almost immediately, I noticed substandard and nonconforming work on the Project. For example, the pool’s pump and electrical timer did not work, both of which required almost three months to repair. Parkwood Pools constructed a pool/spa combination for me from the ground up. On the first day they broke ground, the owner (Bill Adams) showed up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I have been a client of Parkwood Pools for over two years. They remarsited, tiled, and added a swim off platform to our pool. Basically, gave it an upgrade. The pool looks great, and we get many positive comments. I also had Parkwood do some hardscape work at my home and some other projects. BEWARE!!! This is not a company who will stand by there work. I live in an affluent community here in Plantation Florida. PARKWOOD pools inc. Installed a pool and attached waterfall that leaked from the top of the structure. I was loosing gallons and gallons of water. My water bill was in excess of $200.00 a month. In the past 6 months, I have had tons of work done on my house, so I know the good from the bad. I had a great experience with Parkwood Pools putting in a brand new pool and jacuzzi. It was a tough decision to find a pool company I liked after a lot of horror stories I heard and read about. Joy helped design a beautiful pool and Todd managed the project from start to finish. The company was professional, honest, and patiently answered all of our questions along the way. From conception to design to building the Pool & SPA, my experience with Parkwood Pools was a very good one. Joy Winston the designer is friendly and professional, she kept in constant communication with both via e-mail and phone calls throughout the whole process. In January 2013 I was looking to buy a swimming pool. I got 5 estimates and had narrowed it down to what I thought was the top two companies. One was Parkwood who I liked because they did everything in house, had their own paver company and were very hands-on. The other company was claiming basically the same things but as time went on my salesman got very pushy. He got so pushy and was pushing me a lot to this website. My Husband and I did some research on other company’s but chose Park Wood Pools because of their great staff and reliable reputation. We were told when our materials would be dropped off, when the job would start, and how long it would take. They stood true to their word; from start to finish they were on time.
