I recently purchased a signed Rolling Stones guitar from Drew at American Royal Arts as a gift for my brother. When it arrived, not only did I love it, but I was very pleased to see photos of some of the band members signing the guitar and a letter of authentication from the company as well as a forensic examiner! I have always had a great experience with American Royal Arts. I enjoy receiving emails on new art work and they always put out a great catalog every year. I have bought about 6 signed albums with them and I have not had a problem. The customer service is great. I am a first time buyer and I received my art damaged from UPS. I called my art consultant, Mike Perrone and he was very efficient at taking care of the problem and was able to get my piece reframed and shipped back to me and I didn't even have to bother with UPS, he took care of everything. I found this company on the Internet when I searched for rock n roll art, as I wanted to get my husband a great 50th birthday gift. I called them and found the art consultant very helpful in finding that perfect gift. I purchased a great Elvis piece, which my husband loved. I only had 1 week before his birthday and they where able to get his piece of art framed and shipped to me on time. I was so thank full that they helped me out. I would buy from them again. I recently purchased a signed Led Zeppelin guitar from American Royal Arts and had the best experience with this company. When I first called in I was greeted with a “smile over the phone” which in these days is hard to come by.
