I had my driveway stained and sealed 2 years ago now. They sent me a crew that could not speak English when the job was preformed.They were to match my driveway and seal. Our patio project began in July starting with concrete poured then overlay which finished around Mid August. The job was done satisfactorily. However within 1 month the floor started to crack. We contacted Brad and the response we got was "concrete will crack. It's natural...." and "the grout lines were strategically created where the cracks are expected." Brad's did a patio for me in 2011. I'm 100% satisfied with the look of it. However, despite Brad's assurances during the sales process the the patio would be sloped away from the house, it isn't. Every time it rains, water pools against the house and when it dries, the dirty residue remains. After the sale was made, Brad stopped returning my calls, leaving his office staff and the guys doing the actual work to deal with my frustration. We had a pool deck completed by Brad's Creative Concrete back in November 2010. It was completed beautifully and we loved it. However, back in August 2011, just 9 months later, many of the flaws that were originally fixed during the patio makeover, have resurfaced. Brad promised us a 1 year warranty and when I spoke to him in early August he said he'd take care of it. This past summer I got 4 estimates to have a decorative overlay on my back patio. Brads creative gave me a very competitive bid on the patio and as well offered to help me with and co ordinate some other work I needed done on my screen enclosure. Brad's Creative Concrete recently refinished our pool deck. The final product looks great, but it was a bit of an effort to get there. The crew did show up as promised and finished the job quickly. However, the foreman for the job did not consult with us in advance for the finish or the colors. I found Brad's Creative Concrete booth at a recent home show. After talking with Brad and Roger, I found them to be very friendly and helpful with my pool deck project. I had very prompt service from the sales representative and he was most helpful. I wish I had done this project years ago. I contracted Brad's Creative Concrete to replace the pavers on my back patio (approx 200 sq. ft.) with decorative concrete. Our patio now looks beautiful! I found this company to be the most organized of any company that I have had do work on my home. They promptly sent me proposals, contracts, and invoices through email. We have just completed a contract with Brad's Creative Concrete for a patio with decorative topping and a concrete pad for a shed. The zoning process was a long journey but totally beyond the control of Brad or us. We started this project on March 4 and concluded it on Sept. 3 with the vast majority of that spent waiting on a zoning decision. I had an ugly concrete slab and they resurfaced the slab and fixed many of the issues with it including improper drainage.
