I have been dealing with this company for 4 years and until now...no problems and I am almost done with this. February 2015, my check cleared but NONE of my accounts were paid. I have been using them since 2013 and Jim young was responsive with me until Sept 2014. Someone been cashing my checks and wasn't paying my creditors and screwed my credit far worse then it was. We need to contact the attorney general about this. Read More »

Jim was a responsive person with regards to my account at Accelerated Debt. To date I have attempted to contact ANYONE at Accelerated Debt to resolve the fact of having cashed/deposited my payment to ADC, Inc with non payments to my creditors as far back as September 2014. I am seeking legal council for possible law suit. I had to select a star but they do not rate one. Read More »

I have been a customer of Accelerated for the past 3 years. They had made every payment up until the end of November 2014. Cashed my check and failed to pay my creditors. Have called numerous times and emailed with no response from the company. The numbers go straight to voicemail. Have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Beware of this company. Read More »

Jim was great to deal with and we got near to the end of the program. But as of our September 2014 payment none of our creditors have been paid although the check was cashed. We've been trying to reach someone from Accelerated since 10/31 and they've neither returned phone calls or E-mails. I am glad you all had a great experience! Mine started out good! This past September the company cashed my check and never paid the accounts!!! Jim was able to help me out of my accumulated debt much faster than I would have been able to on my own after a relatively short period. He was always very easy to get a hold of and looked out for my well being when dealing with the credit companies; ensuring that the debt was handled and expedited as quickly as possible. I approached Accelerated Debt Consolidation in October of 2009 after my credit card companies raised my interest rates and lowered my credit limit in response to the president's banking reform. Jim, Thanks for all your help over the years. It was a very long run for me. It is hard for me to believe I am actually out of debt AND My credit score is well over 700... I am amazed at that number. Everybody I knew told my credit would be shot if I went into a debt management program. NOT TRUE... Without their help and encouragement we would not have been able to meet our obligations. Thanks for your diligence and service regarding my debt management program. I am truly grateful for the service you offer.
