Recently I contacted this firm about a credit cleaning service. Overall, I can't say enough about how disappointed I am in the entire process. The response times were extremely slow, options or suggestions on actions to take were not provided, and at the end of the day I felt like I was brushed off. You would be surprised at the things that pop up and linger on your credit report that diminish your credit rating. We used their services more than 10 years ago, with excellent results. I decided to have F&F review my credit reports again and remove anything that doesn't belong there or should be off of there by now.
