Freedom Debt helped me consolidate $10,000 in credit card debt and a couple old medical bills. My payment was lowered a little bit and its much easier making one payment to Freedom vs the 5-6 online bills I was paying each month. When my credit woes became to much for me to handle on my own in 2004, I turned to Freedom Debt Management. They were extremely helpful in increasing my credit standing and allowing me to pay off my debts with ease and in a timely manner. I was very happy working with Freedom Debt until I had one last creditor to pay off, which started a cycle of never getting any more reports or calls from them, then I started getting demands for payment from the creditor! Under the stress of creditor calls, I made extra payments to them. Even though I continued to make payments through Freedom Debt, now that the creditor is paid off, they WILL NOT REFUND the enrollment fee promised in the beginning of the contract. To Whom it May Concern: I have been using Freedom Debt Managements' service for approximately 3 years to clean up some of my old debt. They worked with the Companys that I had the old debt with, and brought my interest rate down in order for me to pay off those debts in less time. I JOINED FREEOM DEBT MANAGEMENT IN NOV 2008. SO FAR I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, I GET EMAILS ONCE A MONTH TO UPDATE ME ON MY ACCOUNTS, MY CREDITIORS RECEIVE THEIR PAYMENTS ON TIME AND ALL OF THE MANAGERS ARE SO FRIENDLY. I joined Freedom Debt management in 2002 with almost 10,000 in credit card debt. On Jan 30 of this year i am making my last payment of $124. It is the most incredible feeling to be debt free. They stopped the harassing calls, they got the interest rates dropped or eliminated and they always were helpful with answers to questions and helping with payment schedules. Great Company full of decent people. I had quality personal dealing with this group. They do their utmost for their clients, providing the best debt consolidation, the best follow-up with banks and other financial institutions, always trying to either eliminate or minimize interest and late fees.
