Dynamic Consulting company used fraudulent behaviors towards my husband and I when we contacted them May 2009 for help in trying to have our mortgage remodified with our mortgage lender. They advertised that they could successfully remodify their clients mortgages or they would refund any money that was paid up front. This advertisement was made in writing and communicated verbally on several different occasions from them. They required 3 payments totalling $1200 to be paid during the process... Read More »

This company is fantastic! We contracted with them over a year ago with a very complex situation with our house in Oregon. The staff at Dynamic was incredibly persistent in earning our modification. I went to Dynamic Consulting in August of 2008. They kept trying and trying and with constant sending of documents to Aurora Loan Servicing who kept ignoring it all. I had begged Aurora many times for help, and I am just an elder man on a fixed income, I suffered a stroke the loss of my eye sight, and partial mobility. Based on the brief business conducted with this company I would strongly urge anyone to reconsider. We were going to use Dynamic Consulting to help us refinance our debts but changed our decision and gave them notice we were using another company here in Georgia. They went ahead and debited our account without notice or authorization causing overdraft fees in excess of 300.00 dollars that we did not have.
