I went to Bayburg Financial after dealing with several other Brokers and Lenders trying to do a refinance on my existing loan. I had been turned down before, and also the one brokerage firm I did find that could deal with my extensive circumstances were rude and unprofessional, leaving me to think there was no hope! I recently had the option to take advantage of the HARP2 program. I was contacted by a loan officer from this company and I was surprised to see how much more competitive the rates they were able to offer rather than my bank. The process was fairly seemless however it did take a little longer than I originally anticipated.
