Don't get fooled by the positive reviews... Here is how the scam works: 1. You get a reasonably priced quote for the dates you want your automobile to be transported. (the bait) 2. PLEASE be warned these people are Bold Face Liars and Scammers do not do business with them!!!!! I ordered a car from Florida that was to be delivered to Maryland. On the initial conversation with the dispatcher she told me that there would be no hidden fees and no extra expenses and even put it in writing but not even the next day after they received their deposit they said that the driver needed an extra $50 to pick up the car.....So after she told me this I immediately said I’m not paying... Don't hesitate using this company for your moving needs. They did an excellent job in helping my mom to move her car and her furniture from Dallas TX to New jersey. Nikki, my sales rep was very professional and patient, she went over the process with me from start to end. This was the first time that I was moving my car and I was feeling jittery about it. The car was delivered on time as promised and there was no physical damage to it. 1. The give the lowest impossible quote 2. Dont let them take your deposit before picking up the car. 3. Then they call you and tell "drivers need more money" 4. If you dont pay - they dont return your deposit 5. WORST of all they dont remove you from auto transport board so that others cant move your car for ever Solution 1. This company have setup a well-oiled machine to get your money w/out providing any service at all. First, they ask you for a deposit. Then they ask you to sign a contract. They promise you that somebody will come to pick your car within a window of about 3-4 days around a specific date that seemingly is in accordance with your travel plans. Nobody will come. This is a terrible company I suggest you don't do any business with them. I put a notice out for a van to be shipped form Springfield M. To Massachusetts on the 20th of April these people responded and I agreed to let the move it for 675.00 They tried to shake me down for an additional amount of money to put a priority on my van...a scam!!!They never did anything, when I complained to this site Rachel called me and said unless I removed the negative comments for this site she wouldn't return... On 1st week of Septmber, 2009 I contacted them for my car movement from Massachussets to Gaorgia. The negotiations were went fine and they told that the car can pick next 2 days and deliver it with in 7 days. But they picked the car 4 days later but delivered with in 3 days.
