This company is ran apparently by people who do not care about good service. The people they send speak Russian, not English their explanation of the contract is poor and they omit fees where they hit you later. They almost dumped my mother's furniture and 20 boxes outside of the storage place in New Jersey when delivered because they wanted 250.00 extra to walk into a first floor storage because they had to walk too far. My roommate and I contacted Move for Less/Promovers Miami after finding a few companies on Google; the owner, REY DE SILVA, called back and quoted $75 per hour for 3 men plus a flat fee of $37 for gas. He said anything over 3 hours would be charged at a half hour rate of $37.50 and sent this quote by e-mail including the date of the move. Some time they handle as many as 50 mattresses per day. Professional crew, polite and funny guys. They keep my mattresses clean and my customers happy. I am an Owner of Nectar Telecom Services in Miami. I have been doing business with this guys for over a year now. They do a whole bunch of telecomm gear equipment for me, such as large server racks and UPS units. With all the confidence I can recommend this company to any business out there. The guys are professional. Everybody is on salary and surprisingly they are all legal residents - some need to work on their English though LOL.
