All I can say is that I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service, quality of workmanship and overall contractor roofing performance. I am really glad I had the pleasure to work with A1 Property Services. Not only did they do a great job but they knew what they were talking about. They made me feel so comfortable. They gave me many options of tiles to pick from. AWESOME! I recently did my roof with A1 Property Services and the outcomes were extrememly good. From the very begining the owner himself came to our property and met with me and my wife to discuss the different types of options we had. He was very patient and knew exactly what he was talking about. He has great knowledge when it comes to roofing and wont fool you. The price was very competitive. We had a great experience with A1 property services. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with A1 for the replacement of the roof on our home. This was not only because of price, but because of the owner’s honesty in telling us the real facts about warranties, etc. The owner (Geo) was very helpful and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us.
