Personalized Boutique-All I can say is that they are amazing. Finally found a company that truly cares about customer service. I had a unique situation occur, and therefore had some individual needs and requests-and the company was completely accommodating. I had confidence they would meet my needs as I expressed them. I ordered a "script" necklace for my daughter's 16th birthday from Personalized Boutique. I was anxious to receive it prior to her birthday on July 3rd. Although the pictures on the web site were lovely, I was a little apprehensive to see if the actual piece would be of good quality. I needn't have worried at all. I purchased the 2” dogtag with color pictures of my daughter on both sides, 26” chain so it would fit over his head. I asked a lot of questions on several occasions before I bought it, the salesperson that I dealt with, Robert, was SO very helpful. I haven’t seen the finished product because I had it sent to my husband for Father’s Day…in Iraq. He got it in plenty of time and was soooo happy and surprised with it! Purchased Personalized 1.5" Dog Tag with Black and White Image... I literally cried when I opened it. It was far more perfect than I had imagined it to be. The image is so warm and true to the picture. I was looking forward to giving this as a wedding present to my fiance but now words cant describe how much I am looking forward to this.
