Well, I've read quiet a lot about this company, USA Paris. FIRST, EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW, IT IS A SCAM. The Cy does not exist. Empty home office in Boca Raton Empty office in Miami. The people, Sasha, van der vliett, astrid, Fournier...etc. all crooks An action is on the way in Florida, in France, it is on the way, soon any of these people will be on the Interpol listing. I inquired about an apartment on VRBO (VRBO.com) several months ago and received an e-mail from a Sacha from homeparisien.com (aka IMARKETERS.net). He said the apartment I had inquired about was not available but offered me another apartment that was ideal. Their property we rented with our children and grand kids was very well decorated, great furniture, comfortable bed, was very clean and in a perfect location, in the best neighborhood of Paris! From the booking to the rental itself and after, all went really smooth ! This was our second stay. 2 bathrooms is a serious plus,even though one is a bit small. Just to warn eveybody keep away from USAparis, Imarketers.net Inc. , HomeInTown limited and HomeParisien big scam organization, keep away from them. I rented an Appartment in Paris for 4 days during Thanksgiving. When we arrived at the place, the appartment was totally misrepresented as a two bedroom two bathroom appartment. Usaparis, connected with imarketers and homeintown ltd are part of a fraudulent circle. Not only was the property which I rented at a cost of close to $500 a night in paris not as it was advertised (it’s supposed to be a 2 bedroom but the stairs to the upstairs “room” was in the first room – and the open shower was in the first room as well so there is no privacy at all, be it sleeping or showering – see LOFT_WASHINGTON review by Gina T.). I rented an apartment LOFT_WASHINGTON in the end of August - beginning of September 2011. We were party of 4 adults so my first question was to have at least separate bathroom and toilet. It was the complete misrepresentation. There is no clear description of the facilities. We rented 3P_Bourg_Labbe from IMARKETERS.NET and we arrived at this unit with high hopes of a wonderful week in Paris. The only part of the week that wasn't wonderful was our stay at their unit. While the location and access was convenient, the unit itself was filthy dirty with black mold in the shower, dirty floors and counters, torn furniture, a leaky running toilet, and a TV and DVD player that didn't work (which normally wouldn't matter, however we were traveling with 3 children). This company is very easy to deal with and takes care of the details with regard to establishing a contract with a rental. IMARKETERS.NET,Inc seem to be a very honest company(and, if they get the refund back to me as fast as I had to get it to them I will REALLY be impressed). We had rented one of their apt. rue Dauphine, last year and and posted a review on VRBO.com, that's the World leading website for vacation rentals. We had selected this apartment for our first visit based 1. apartment was looking nicer and more luxurious than most. 2. it was offered by UsaParis in the USA whom I could mail a check to, 3. it had the best location and the French ambiance that I wanted in Paris. Just a quick note to say what a great time we had in Paris with this Company. The accommodation was all we expected and more. The view of the Eiffel tower was spectacular especially in the evening….!we went for the marathon weekend (I got a personel best time!) and met friends while we were there, the location was very convenient and central to all we needed. We paid in full for the "Eiffel tower luxury penthouse apartment" at 3 rue Raffet in November, our lease was for Jan 22 until March 26th - 9 weeks.
